I have spent a myriad of hours traveling in the passenger seat of cars driven by friends & family. I believe the privilege and value of experiencing the passing, evolving world through the lens of a car window is frequently overlooked. Being able to take note of the changing landscapes, streetscapes, the blurring motions of passing pedestrians, has always brought joy to me. Passenger is reminiscent of the ever changing nature of time, space, & motion. My camera allows me to capture these memories from the passing world and present them in the form of a cohesive collection. The relatability that this collection has is what I hold dear to my heart.
