The Waiting Room Project

A collection of 500+ sketches released in increments of 100. In 2016 the love of my life was diagnosed with a brain tumour. Over the last 5 years after surgery the ongoing treatment resulted in many long hours in waiting rooms crowded with people from all walks of life. Cancer does not discriminate. After 50 years painting I found myself out of the studio and into the waiting room with a lot of time on my hands. Without my paints & brushes, I opened up the notes app on my iPhone which became my on hand canvas and I began to draw as I waited.
