13th World Citizens

**13th World Citizens** is the main collection of 13th World, a long term project created by NO13 (**13th Sheep**). This collection will run with variant and unique citizens that are divided into parts. Each part will have different amounts of citizens up to its stories. When each part ends, all citizens of that part will be drawn together in the big scenes to show the full picture of that story. --- We never imagine something like “once upon a time” because we are having a hard time.
