‘Pause - Take a breather’ is a mini-series of NFTs focusing on the importance of taking break from work. The last two years have once again shown us how nothing is more important than our physical and mental well-being. So many times we chose to ignore the signs of our body as we keep working and eventually reach a burnout. This series emphasizes on the fact that it’s better to listen to those signs, to take rest and reenergize yourself and to be kind to yourself.
