The discovery of "clusters," magical gems that create water vapor, led to the rapid development of the steam engine in "Point Arrival." It is a city covered in steam, smoke, and a little magic. It is not a country, but a city ruled by merchants from all over the world. Nanashino's Art 「クラスタ」と呼ばれる水蒸気を生み出す魔法の宝石が見つかった事により 蒸気機関が急速に発展した「ポイント・アライバル」 そこは蒸気と煙と少しの魔力に覆われた街。 国ではなく、各国から集まった商人たちの治める街。
