This collection is full of original drawings by Gianni Lee. This edition of three fine art prints depict the slaying of a mythical sub-human. Gianni Lee’s newest body of work utilizes lush, sensual portraits of iconic black historical figures and sci-fi iconography to further explore the connection between black people and technology. Bringing together the artist’s different mediums and styles, the exhibition juxtaposes the collective history of black people while envisioning an optimistic future in spite of our daunting socio-political reality.
