Phantasmagoria on earth

This story is about an alien who visits the earth. The first time he had read about earth was when he was studying a history book at school. When he grew up, he started working at the intelligence service of his planet where he found some documents in the dead filed, showing plans of journey to earth. He got so facinated by this Journey that he decided to go on it inspite of the fact that this journey was prohibited by the local government.
