Inspired by her son's trouble sleeping, Jennifer sent texts to her son of power animal illustrations at bedtime to inspire dreamy thoughts before sleep. Jennifer has a history of anxiety and depression so mential health is an important theme in her work. Jennifer would like viewers to feel calm yet curious. The animals are not exactly of our world. Each work has elements that make them unreal, yet relatable. Jennifer's art incorporates her interest in dreams and what happens in the space that we can't see since only 4% of the universe is visible.
