Lost in Genesis

“Lost in Genesis” is a project focused on gender and the sexual fluidity of celestials. Because in the beginning, before anything else manmade, there was love in its truest, most honest form. The goal of Lost in Genesis is to highlight not just angels of any colour, but to capture the essence of the love that has always included celestial queerness. This project shows that humans of all backgrounds are accepted into the divine. This is a collection totaling 30 images that I have taken over the course of the year, with a special emphasis on people of color, as research has shown a general exclusion of angels of color.
