Discovering Discovery

I am blessed to live on the doorstep of one of the worlds newest UNESCO Geoparks. The Discovery Global Geopark was officially designated in 2020 but was over a half billion years in the making. A truly unique cultural, historical, geological and societal history has created a photographers dream For me personally, it was a place that saved my life. When battling with chronic pain and mental illness I "discovered" a refuge there. First along its many trails, and then, when a spinal injury prevented me from hiking, through the lens of my camera.
