AfroTroves

Afrotroves is an art collection that pays tribute to ancient African artifacts and the beautiful cultures from all around West Africa from which these artifacts are from. Many of these ancient African artifacts, haven’t set foot in Africa in over 100’s of years. These fragments of culture were held to be sacred by its people for thousands of years and even today.  So, I made new pieces of art to share, preserve and digitize their beauty, creative culture, and heritage. To allow them live on in the digital age and not just in someone's living room or locked behind glass in a museum.
