I am Fragile

This is a small collection of works expressing some of the most powerful emotions of my life in the year 2021. The collection explores the theme of mental fragility as experienced through three major concepts: Depression, Anxiety, and Stress. In the year 2021 I faced the highest levels of stress and anxiety that eventually lead to my battle with depression. Through a series of life-changing events I was brought to my knees. As a man, I didn't think this was possible. In fact, I was always of the mindset that depression was a concept for those of a weak mind - something that would/could never happen to ME.
