Heart Bone

The Heart Bone is a shield to protect the heart. Ever since I started painting, I knew I'd use art as a healing method. Each of these pieces carries a little of my own story. I have been on the streets since I was 14 years old. I have learnt the hard way how to stay strong after each low moment of my life. There have been 12 rough years and during this whole time I've only had myself. I lifted myself from the ground, each time more powerful than the day before.
