MUXX - BIGIDIRIBELA

This collection of NFTs is created in collaboration by project MUXX (Oswaldo Erreve, EYIBRA, Lukas Avendaño, and NNUX), who have been commissioned by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art to present their multimedia and performance piece in September 2022. The collection explores the concepts of non-binary gender, transhumanism, and the metaverse - taking inspiration from the 'Muxes', a third gender identity from the Zapotec indigenous nation of Oaxaca (Mexico), of which Lukas is a member.
