The sound is implemented based on a mechanism that generates noise by generating square waves of very low frequencies (infrasonics) in the 1-16 Hz range, which are generally not audible.
The concept is to express the dynamic sound of the blockchain, which humans cannot hear.
The sound data is generated generatively in full on-chain from the three seed values.
