This collection represents the liens and homes backing HOME. A lien is legally binding agreement to repay a fixed amount of money backed by collateral, in this case the house. The lien must be repaid and is legally enforceable if the borrower stops paying their payments, the house is sold or refinanced before the house ownership can change in any way The NFTs contain an image representation of the house, the amount of the lien and the address of the house, the start date for the loan and the interest rate. All this information except the image, rate and start date of the loan is also recorded at the county where the house is located.
