Blur of Man

When it all began, I often catch myself say " _I can_ ", Who says I cannot be perfect? Who says my story cannot be without defect? Every other person seems to be set for life, But here I am battling with my past with strife, Shall I then compare my past with his? And think about my future; then hiss? But what use are eyes that cannot see? See past the turbulence beneath the sea? I see people appear with grandeur, But how deep are they in their tearful _splendeur_?
