Water Sharks

Water Sharks are the watercolor understudies of the LA Sharks in the City oil paint series, hand-painted by MIRIPOLSKY during the years 2008-2012. 10% of every primary sale and 50% of all secondary sales royalties will be paid to Beneath The Waves, a non-profit, 501c3 NGO, founded in 2013. Beneath The Waves is dedicated to promoting ocean health and using science and technology to catalyze ocean policy. The ocean is our planet’s largest ecosystem. It regulates climate and weather patterns, provides food, energy and minerals to humanity, stores carbon and produces the oxygen we breathe while also holding important recreational, cultural and aesthetic value.
