The message of this painting is that if you accept yourself as you are and appreciate the present moment, the path will open up. There is a purity and fragility in it. Time is moving on, and like clouds, shapes change and nothing will ever be the same again. She is only looking ahead to the present moment. She feels the flowers, the birds, the wind, and the moon, and sees neither the past nor the future, but only the present. It is like the "sky" in the Heart Sutra, isn't it?
